With the CAD/CAM production, retention holes in the impression trays can be conveniently fabricated in one step without any additional drill holes being required. Even rounded edges can be mapped without any elaborate regrinding of the border edges being required.

LuxaPrint Tray is a certified Class I medical device and suitable for all types of trays in combination with all standard impression materials. The curing depth, which is perfectly aligned to the 3D print process, allows for an optimum resolution even at the highest printing speeds.

Important note

When 3D printing ends, cleaning begins: The medical products that you print with our LuxaPrint materials must be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. The cleaning cycles should last a maximum of 5 minutes – no longer.
You can use our DentaMile Wash RS or DentaMile Wash MC for cleaning, as well as validated devices from other manufacturers: RapidShape RS Wash or Straumann P Wash. An ultrasonic bath with isopropyl alcohol is also suitable.
